Is there a deposit?

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required for all costume hires. This helps cover any accidental damage or missing items when the costume is returned. Your deposit will be refunded once the costume is returned in good condition.

Can I try it on first?

Absolutely! We understand that fit and comfort matter. You’re welcome to visit the studio during costume room hours to try costumes on before hiring.

Can I hire longer than a week?

Yes. Standard hire periods start at one week, but longer hires are available. Please contact us if you need a costume for an extended period and we’ll arrange something that works for you.

What if the costume gets dirty?

That’s okay, a little wear is expected! We just ask that you return costumes in the same condition you received them. Please avoid washing or attempting major cleaning unless we advise otherwise.

What happens if I return the costume late?

Late returns may be subject to an additional hire fee, especially if another customer has booked the costume. If you think you might need the costume longer, just let us know early.

What if the costume is damaged or lost?

Please let us know as soon as possible. The security deposit may be used to cover repair or replacement costs if the costume is returned damaged or missing items.

How do I return the costume?

You have two return options: you can drop the costume off in person, or ship it back to us. If you choose to ship it, a shipping fee will apply depending on your location, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as ensuring the costume is returned safely.
