1. Browse the Collection
Explore our costume collection online to find something that suits your performance, theme, or style.

2. Book Your Costume
Once you’ve found the costume you love, submit a booking request through our website with your hire dates.

3. Secure Your Hire
To confirm your booking, a $100 refundable deposit is required along with the hire fee.

4. Try It On (Optional)
If you’re local, you’re welcome to book a time to try the costume on before your hire period begins to make sure it’s the perfect fit.

5. Pick Up or Delivery
Costumes can be picked up from our studio or shipped to you depending on your location.

6. Perform & Enjoy
Take your costume to the stage and enjoy performing in it!

7. Return the Costume
At the end of your hire period, you can:
• Drop the costume back to us, or
• Ship it back (a shipping fee will apply depending on location).If you choose to return it by post, you will be responsible for organising and covering the return shipping.

8. Deposit Returned
Once the costume is returned and checked, your $100 deposit will be refunded.
